When I first started coaching, I thought my job was to help people reach their fitness goals. And while that's still true, over the years I've learned that lasting change comes from something much deeper.
I've had the privilege of coaching competitors, athletes, busy parents, students, and people taking their very first step into a gym. Every person brought a different story, different challenges, and a different definition of success.
Those experiences changed the way I coach.
I realized people don't need someone to simply push them harder. They need someone who listens, teaches, encourages, and helps them build confidence along the way. They need a coach who understands that life isn't the same for everyone and that progress should fit into real life—not compete with it.
Becoming a business owner and a mom reinforced those lessons. I came to appreciate that true success isn't measured by a number on the scale or the amount of weight on the bar. It's measured by the confidence to keep showing up, the habits that become part of everyday life, and the belief that you're capable of more than you once thought.
Triple Threat was born from that evolution. (N) love this line!
It's the coaching philosophy our team brings to every workout, every nutrition conversation, and every member who walks through our doors.

Triple Threat isn't just our name. It's the philosophy behind how we coach.
We believe lasting health is built by developing three things together. They aren't separate goals—they work together to help people build a stronger, healthier, more confident life.
Strength is more than building muscle. It's about feeling capable in everyday life, moving with confidence, and discovering you're stronger than you thought.
Nutrition isn't perfection or restriction. It's about learning how to fuel your body with habits that support your goals while fitting your real life.
Mindset is what keeps you moving forward. It's the confidence to start, the resilience to keep going, and the understanding that consistency matters far more than perfection.
When strength, nutrition, and mindset work together, fitness becomes more than something you do—it becomes part of how you live.
